What this site collects, why, and how to opt out. Last updated 11 October 2026.

Who is responsible

glevsky.com is run by Alex Glevsky. For any question about your data, or to ask for it to be deleted, write to a@glevsky.com.

What you give me

When you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email and anything you add to the booking. When you send a brief, Formspark receives what you type into the form, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the sender is not a bot. When you email me, I receive your message. I use this only to reply to you and to do the work you ask for.

Analytics

PostHog records which pages you visit, how far you scroll, what you click, and may record the session so I can see where the page is unclear. Google Analytics counts visits. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps a log of each page request with the page, referring site, country and browser. This tells me which pages work and where people leave.

Advertising

I advertise on Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Google Ads and the Meta pixel record that you visited the site from an ad, which pages you saw, and whether you booked a call or sent a brief. They use cookies, your IP address and browser details, and Meta also receives these events from Cloudflare's servers. This lets me see which ads lead to a conversation and show my ads again to people who visited the site.

I do not sell your data. Sharing visit data with Google and Meta for advertising may count as "sharing" under California law. To opt out, write to me, turn off ad personalisation in your Google and Meta ad settings, or block cookies in your browser.

Cookies

The site sets cookies for consent (zaraz-consent), Google Analytics (_ga), Google Ads (_gcl_au), the Meta pixel (_fbp, _fbc) and PostHog (ph_…). Visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked first, and analytics and advertising stay off until they agree. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time.

Legal basis

Analytics and advertising rely on your consent where the law requires it. Booking and brief data are used to take steps you asked for. Server logs are kept for security and to keep the site running.

Who processes your data

Cloudflare (hosting, consent and tag delivery), PostHog, Google, Meta, Cal.com and Formspark. Most of them are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there. Each keeps data according to its own retention settings. I keep emails and briefs as long as we are in touch, and delete them when you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent. Write to a@glevsky.com and I will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU, the UK or Switzerland, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
